Cant play or delete

Played this game once or twice before it lost its appeal. Tried to delete it and it wont delete. Instead, it went into "waiting" mode like an app does when its in the process of being updated. Weeks later, it finally is not in "waiting" but still wont let me delete it. Im gonna have to contact the App Store or bring my phone in to a Genius Bar to have them figure out how to get this off my phone.
